Hello,
I recently purchased my first BMW a 2021 X3M, I love the care. But I noticed the other day that the rear cargo lights are not turning on when I open the hatch or park the vehicle. Has anyone ran in to this? Or do I have something turned off? I wanted to check here before I bring it to the dealership and look dumb. TIA |

Burnt out light possibly? If they all turn on, then the right setting is on, if its that one specially could be burnt out or bad ground somewhere. They are fused as a circuit.

There's a 99% chance it's the fuse. When I was restoring my X3 MC I had the lift gate open for many many hours. Then I pulled out the "fuse guide" paper card hidden in the lower right pocket cargo area. Traced that light back & bingo, the fuse was the culprit.
