My configuration is 48nedc but 52 wltp, the dealer confimed and my accountant confirmed me that if you buy an x3 this year, it would be classified as true hybrid during the time you use it, but..
I read an article in 'de tijd' yesterday .. stating that WLTP values will be retrospectively applied to all hybrids from 2021.. this would be a disaster but there seems to be no consensus yet since this is federal matter and we don't have a federal government yet for the moment.
Went to the dealer today to see if I can change my x3 order to x5. Will keep you up to date

I have ordered one too (delivery in may). I read an article of Febiac that says WLTP is only for cars delivered in 2021 (new and second hand). I sure hope that 'De Tijd' is wrong...
Keep us updated!

X5 is definitely the safer option for this, the wltp values for the X5 are better than the nedc values. With the X5 I’m mostly scared from the size in city us for the parking.

Are the rear seats raised higher than in a regular x3? I know that you may not know that since you only have the hybrid. My hybrid arrived at the dealer yesterday and I'm picking it up Saturday.

Test drived the x5 hybrid too just after testing the x3 hybrid, X5 feels as a much larger car indeed. however the actual size differences aren't that big..

I do not know for sure, could be, but it is not something I’ve noticed that would be different. I’ve sat in a “regular” X3 a couple of times and it seems rather similar.

Cool to hear that you will get your car delivered on Saturday. I’m sure you will be very happy! I’ve had mine for a month now and could not be happier. I should probably write a couple of lines about that at sone point, how everything feels after 30days but generally everything that I wrote after one day still stands. The most surprising thing is that there is nothing that irritates me about the car, like for example the reduced boot. Will be doing my first long trip next week so lets see if there are any changed views after that.

St. Petersburg (Russia) 22.2.2020

The above visited ports are not the obvious and most direct route to Finland but hopefully the car finally finds its way “home”.
Wow! Mine was produced on Jan 7th, and went into the 165 state on Jan 15th. I hoped it was on the Freedom as yours, but concluded it was not, when I asked my dealer for an update on Feb 7th, and he said it was still in state 165, meaning it had not arrived in Bremerhaven. Called him again today and he said state has changed, and it is sitting in Bremerhaven waiting on a boat to Drammen Norway. If I am lucky I will have the car before the next weekend, after the one coming up. Getting a feeling they are prioritizing X5 45e deliveries.

Mine is in the same delivery. I got the VIN code by asking the dealer (Autokeskus), I got it right after the car was built in January.

Some cons for the X3 30e

We just got out X3 30e. Love the car but if you are interested in buying one I have found a few cons: Some of the missing features were deliberately left out by BMW in the X3, if enough X3 owners complain they might get activated as they are just software changes.

1) the included charger is a level 1 not level 2. Per our dealer this was due to a quality issue with the level 2 chargers. Right now BMW is not replacing the level 1 charger with a level 2 once the quality issue is resolved, which I believe they should.
2) while it has iDrive 7 it does not support some features.
a) online software update is not available
b) drive recorder is not active
c) even with the Drive assistance plus package, Assisted Driving View is not available. Name: 2020-03-26 09_17_41-Window.jpg

I got mine delivered last week as well! I live in Sweden. A fully loaded X3e, luxury line. I was a bit worried about the color (terra brown) but I think it looks great! Overall a enjoyable car and looking forward to some longer trips in the Swedish mountains this summer.

Should hopefully get mine end of May. Normally delivery would have happened already, but yeah...
Purchased due to family extension (2nd kiddo on the way) and will come to replace the M2C, so big shoes to fill.

M-sport package
Carbon black
Merino white leather (living on the edge)... had a thorough look on the forums when I ordered, but couldn't find an example back then.
699 20"

I have informed about tuning possibilities, which seemed quite interesting as well.
