Review of the 2022 BMW X3 M>>>>>>>

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
Today I published my video review of my 2022 BMW X3 M in Marina Bay Blue Metallic:

For those with attention spans too short for a 25 minute video, be sure and skip ahead to 22:03 for the cinematic shots of the exterior and interior.

Enjoy and do let me know your thoughts!

-John

Had to watch it twice John .. just in case I missed some of the detail of your thoughts

Perhaps not so much a review of your X3M more a review of your thought processes around every aspect of the car, and your decision making processes. Pretty much what we all have gone through .. you just brought it to life in video format.

Nonetheless 10/10 for effort John, you made your audience feel like a passenger , with your camera position , "a 25 minute ride out with Daytona John" a little unnerving at times "John ! keep your eyes on the road ahead, both hands at 9-3 on the wheel and stop waffling on, get to the point"

A wee criticism .. which you eluded to in "skipping to 22:03" yes that might just test the attention span of some

Cinematics and sound track spot on .. as ever

Well, since you watched it twice I'm sure you caught the fact that right up front I indicate that the video is a supplement to my detailed written photo review on my website.

Thanks. That's what I was going for. My first multi-camera video. Was a bear to edit.

Here in the US we often casually cruise in town with one hand on the wheel. I guess that's not how you guys do it in the UK.

Well aware as you indicate. When I was thinking of buying, I would have greatly valued this video. That was my target audience.

Thanks much - I incorporated some new equipment and techniques. I call that last 3 minute segment "my $1200.00 B Roll segment."

Well said John , I hope my humour came across .... I was playing devils advocate somewhat .. playing the part of the wining noise coming from somewhere over towards the passenger seat

Indeed John, a very detailed review from an owner and not a youtuber canvassing for "subscriptions and likes" with a press car for an hour or two

I came from Estoril Blue as well! Now Phytonic Blue.

The flashing of your emergency signal kept tripping me out during your video.

My decision to run with MBB for my LCI was based on the similar colour to San Marino Blue , I have always wanted an M4C S55 in SMB, but when weighing up the specs and deals, the X3MC Lci was a no brainer.
Interesting comment you make a 17:02 regarding MBB colourshifting to purple , this is exactly what SMB does , and for me an highly desirable effect
