FS: aFe Cold Air Intake - like new (54-82082-1)

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold

Item Interest
Only installed and used for ~50miles

Reason selling because my BM3 tune doesn't like aftermarket intakes and causes CEL, but you will be fine if you are running stock tune.

aFe sent me a new intake tube and a dry air filter when we were trying to figure out the issue. That means you will get 1 like new oil air filter and a brand new dry air filter!

Asking for $350 shipped for this pretty much brand new kit. Price firm!

You are probably having the same problem I had. The diameter of the tube is too small they make an updated part. I have not had any issues since they sent me the new tube !

I got the new tube from aFe so I have 2 tubes now lol The fitment is good and everything is nice and tight, so I'm sure there's no air leak.

It's the BM3 tune. I tuned it back to stock and everything is fine. Another person also had the same problem with BM3 tune + aFe intake. Stock tune + aFe intake is fine.

Read post #5 - another person has BM3 + afe intake also has the same problem
