I would guess the M40i one is the same but with different shaped exhaust cut outs.

Doubt it, X4 bumper is completely different to X3 one.

On the 3D design website they have a rear diffuser in carbon for the M40i now. Although it is not yet on IND, I'm sure you could contact IND and ask if they can get one seeing as they are partners with 3D design

It's a quad setup but the badges clearly say 20d. Appears they have fitted their own quad setup on the 20d.

I would also expect a bit more aggressive diffuser if it was truly for the M40i.
