Air Conditioner issue!!!!

I am getting this weird issue with my 2015 F25 X3 Xdrive 2.0 diesel.

The AC takes around 7 mins in the morning to work (car wouldn't have been used all night). After that the AC works perfectly.

I took it to a number of specialists and am told that mechanically the AC is fine.

Scanning for errors I am getting the attached. Error E71427 but I cannot find any info online about it.

Anyone can help?

Get BMW ISTA D and learn how to use it. It is better than some of the iPhone android apps and dongles you can buy on the web. Some OBDI codes from BMW are specific to BMW and not universally understood.

I ran into some issues with my TBC ATM telematics box and while my amazon bought obdi tool was able to get the trouble code, I could not find any information on it. only ISTA gave me a direction. It was a bad pinned cable on the harness.
