I dont know if my PM function is disabled or not but I've been lookings on the settings tab to find its configuration but couldn't find it. I'm also looking for ways to enable my PM function if its disabled but there is no info

In the E-sys guidance tells us to Activate FA after Edit FDL.

Makes no difference before or after, so long as you activate FA before using Code FDL. Personally, I always Read FA, and Activate FA immediately upon connecting to car.

Do you have any idea on how to code a used steering rack on F30? Mine got damage and needed to be replaced but I have to idea how to code it after installation. Been scratching the forum but the procedure seems to be vague especially with the servotronic.

Install EPS, Inject CAFD, and VO Code it, and if it needs FSC Code, it must be Imported into EPS But if your EPS has factory issued FSC Code, and donor EPS also has one that is newer, you can't use it.

Is this the correct procedure to VO code Eps?

Connect => Read FA (VO) => Activate FA (VO) => Read SVT (VCM) => Right-Click on ECU (the ECU itself not the underlying CAFD) => Select CODE

For Importing FSC, I find it very vague!

Do you have a proper procedure?

Yes. Read SVT (VCM) is now Read (ECU).

Do you even know if you need an FSC Code?

I literally have no idea if I need an FSC Code TBH. I just asked as following the instruction you gave me above!
