  • The base Porsche Panamera comes with a 3.6-liter V6 engine that makes 310 horsepower.
  • The Panamera S has a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 that produces 420 horsepower.
It has been bugging me, I may have mistaken a panamera 4 for a panemera S. Maybe it was a Diesel

Replaced rear disc and pads with Brembos. Used ista to reract the piston however it still needs pushed in with a g-clamp.

Afterwards Auto-Hold stopped working. There was a DSC error code which I cleared and then it started working.

Let me know how it goes! I've always been curious regarding MHD and their stage 1 tune. Never really looked into price, gear needed, etc...

I am basically looking for a tune that would be better over stock; efficiency wise. Something that would make the engine run at its most optimal while not being a gas hog.

If you have any experience with the stage 1 tune, I'd be happy to hear about it. Curious to see how your car does with the E85 tune as well.

I ran Stg1 for a year (ish)

Then I ran Stg1 e30 from Feb 2nd to mid May

Mid may until a few days ago, I ran Stg1 full e85

All logs look great. No corrections, Rail Pressure holding up just fine.

Too early to call it on the Stg2 map, will report back later.

(answers in bold, in the below quoted post)

Do check their website for pricing, its changed recently.

I did it slowly, I first purchased the License, and a Stg1 Map. Later on, I purchased the Ethanol map pack, and the Monitor License. In hindsight, would have been cheaper to just buy the "super license pack" up front

Gear needed = nothing. Thats the beauty of Stg1

As many others will tell ya, Stg1 anything (mhd, bm3, heck ... jb4) is going to feel nicer than stock.

As far as efficiency goes, I was able to achieve 24 mpg highway, on Stg1.

On the full e85 map, I am now experiencing 18 mpg highway (YMMV).

Per this handy dandy online calculator, it does appear I pay less per mile driven:

(YMMV on this one, big time)

Thanks for the feedback! Ill definitely look into it. Might just purchase it soon. Not to concerned over peak hp/tq since I live in LA and there are very few times I ever need to use the high rpm range.

I'll post any info regarding fuel economy if I decide to do stg1.

TIP:

they do a yearly sale, I forget if it was during black friday or cyber monday, but if you're willing to wait 3 months, its usually 15% less expensive

GL!

Attempted to drain and fill atf and ended up changing the whole pan/filter assembly because the plastic drain bolt rounded out. Ended up filling with 4.5qt with transmission at 105f.

Drove the family from Toronto to Mont Tremblant, Quebec and back, averaging about 9L/100km at speed on each 660km trip. X3 holding up well.

That's because, by your car list, you have a brand new G01 vehicle

Many of us here in this F25 forum have vehicles ranging from 4-10 years old, most out of warranty, so we not only drive them, we actually service them too
