Yeah I like mine too. Have had them in my previous x5s and now the x3m. Don't think I'd spring for the exec package to get them but they're normally like a $250 option and worth that to me. Personally the reason for me to get the exec package is the heads up display. I feel like once you have it it's hard not to.
I've had the Heads Up Display in three cars now and don't find it useful for my purposes. If I could project Waze or Spotify it might help, but not as it stands now.

Do you use it for RPMs, BMW Navi?

Speed, rpms, and gear indicator primarily. But also navigating. I know not many of these find the track, but it's also helpful during spirited driving

hey guys, just joined the build week 31 group!

X3M Brooklyn Grey/Shakir, Comp, Exec, Ventilated Seats.

I can't find any actual pictures of Brooklyn Grey X3Ms but I've seen BG on the G8x platform and it looks spectacular (the color, I'm talking about the color )
I've asked and can confirm what others have already mentioned in this thread, no cf strut brace option, blue calipers only and deletion of digital key in my build. I thought I had read somewhere that wireless charging would also be deleted in '22s but it does show as a standard option.

I was pleasantly surprised to find an allocation last week and was definitely not expecting such a quick build. How many days roughly does it take for NorthEast (NJ) deliveries after production? Week 31 builds are slated to finish production by July 31st.

From what BMWNA has told me, it takes 1-2 weeks to build and another 1-2 weeks to arrive to the dealership for my car (also going to the NE). So, mid to late august at your dealership.

Congrats on your build! BGM is going to be a popular for this platform. So far I think I counted 5 in this thread alone including myself, you, OP a few others.

For now I'm just going to live through you guys and patiently waiting to see if more options will become available when the ordering guides is out.

LOL, seriously, this is ridiculous BMWNA!

So for you guys that already put in the order before these guides are out, were you able to secure any type of discounts?

remember though that the assigned build week denotes the end of your build cycle, not the start, so it should be just the 1-2week transit time after that.

Mine was 8% off MSRP before incentives. But that was because my original order was for a '21 and they honored the deal because they couldn't build it.

Brokers are advertising 6% before incentives for new orders placed now.

Wow already going into production, guess the chip shortages are slowly improving?
I am very jealous of the BG - it will look very sharp on X3M

Seems like some brokers might be doing ~6% off MSRP

Scheduled for production… whatever that means! I have to harass the BMWNA again to find out. I won't stop until they know me by my first name.

Anyone hear anything regarding carbon fiber package? So far this is my preliminary build but I'm on the East coast and dealer said no build allocation yet on East coast. Having him put ventilated seats back in play after my confusing them with the x3m40 seats people complained about. Deleted the pano roof

Congrats to all three of you on your X3M builds. I keep wondering with all these "additions/deletions" its somewhat of a crap-shoot from week to week - even when the order/price guides are out. How up to date is the dealer (not his/her fault) - I was in manufacturing for thirty years (non-automotive) -and the last people we ever told about anything were the salespeople! "Don't confuse them with details" was the mantra. "Sell what we have" - never what's coming next week. But no way of knowing. Enjoy the excitement of your builds.

Some good news and bad news:

The pricing guide is out… yay!

The bad news is that they are confidential until the BMW website is updated…

But with this info, you can ask away at your dealer, they'll know for sure what they can and cannot add to the build.

Or maybe try to pry the list from them and share? 😜.

I wasn't successful at that…

One other thing: also confirmed that calipers can't be changed from blue and that the digital key is deleted.

And just as an FYI. Being moved to "scheduled for production" means the car will start production imminently, it should start any day now, per BMWNA.
