Just out of curiosity, were any of you able to add 6NW to your orders and also remove 32Z - Deletion of Digital Key?

I noted in our 2022 Canadian order guide, they removed 6NW - Wireless Charging entirely, as well as 6U8 - Gesture Control.

However, we're able to order 5AZ - Laserlight Headlights at least!

I believe all of those cuts are relating to the chip shortage. Laser lights I think is a US legislation issue .

Hey not sure let me call and ask him. He must have something we did it over the phone. I will find out and report back. I am waiting on a call because I changed my mind on color and going to change it to SPY with Black Interior.

The manager of the BMW I'm ordering through is doing mine tomorrow. I was told that doesn't mean I'll get a production week. I already paid 1000$ for an allocation spot last month. I was told that manager can get in to build the car but my advisor/sales guy didn't have the price guide yet as of Saturday.

You'll get an estimated production week once the order is in, whether the dealer gives it or not.

You can call BMW and they'll give it to you, I explained how to do it a few comments back. But that is only for the extra anxious! (I assume that if you part of this site, you belong in that group)

What sort of discount are those in the UK managing to get? The best offer I've had so far was 6% which seems ridiculous given how overpriced these things are. I got a smidge over 23% on my 2021.

That discount sounds incredible!

Wish you luck getting it again.

I've seen that brokers are already advertising a 6% discount before MSRP over here in the states. In my opinion, it shows things are starting to get better.

Our MSRP is massively inflated compared to yours in the states even when VAT is taken into consideration. For a similarly specced competition (pre lci), your MSRP would be $77,450 and ours would be $95,000 after removing VAT.

Only after the 20% discount which was widely available on pre lci does our actual purchase come within reach of yours. So while the discounts do seem great, they are pretty much expected otherwise it just isn't competitive.

The only thing I really want is the rear manual sunshades (don't judge me, I have kids ). I don't want to add executive either, as it has a bunch of stuff I don't need.

Need to check the guide to see if I can add it alone, although I'm almost sure it won't happen…

I am ashamed to admit that was one of the reasons I got exec lol. No judging here, I've got kiddos as well and wouldn't have it any other way!

The sunshades suck, had them on my 2020 X3M and my kid broke them all the time. I have a 2021 no exec, so no shades and more importantly no Sunroof. If your concerned with privacy, UV protection etc. The factory glass is
privacy only. I did not tint the rear section on my 2020 with the shades. However, I did ceramic on the rear of my 2021 and night and day difference in regards to interior heat reduction. The shades are lame

Yeah I like mine too. Have had them in my previous x5s and now the x3m. Don't think I'd spring for the exec package to get them but they're normally like a $250 option and worth that to me. Personally the reason for me to get the exec package is the heads up display. I feel like once you have it it's hard not to.
