I don’t believe so, if you are in a position without the right fuel available I would get a hot spot or tether your phone.

Does the 93 tune still have the ability to reduce timing (or boost) for lower octane fuels (say I fill up at a gas station that has less than ideal quality fuel)?

Yes, if you fill up at a station where 93 is more like 91, it will adjust accordingly. Or reverse where the 93 is like a 94 (wishful thinking) then will adjust up.

Real world NHRA Track results!

Spun a bit too much on the 10.8@128 run (side got a bit out on me), need better tires or a better track to get the time down but she has 10.7’s in her with better grip. I was with Carlos as he ran E30 BM3, good times!

When going from BM3 Stage 1 for 93 to MP Stage 1 for 93, did the timing improve using the same gas or did you still have to add some e85?

Same gas shows timing slightly better on BM3. But boost is about 4 psi less on BM3 and is why the 93 vs 93 goes to MP hands down for acceleration, the videos prove that.

No, I’ve ran straight 93 numerous times and have had 0 issues. Add E if you want a bump in timing.
