Can I use these Tires 21 Inch

Do not quite understand tires and sizing i do understand i have the 21 inch rim option. I am trying to find all season tires that fit the rims.
I do not care if they are fun flats. Is there tires that are all season for stock 21 inch rims?
Will 245 45 fit the front
there are SCORPION ZERO ALL SEASON - SIZE: 245/45R21 fpr the front
and
CINTURATO P7 ALL SEASON - SIZE: 275/35R21 for the rear?
thanks

There aren't much options for stock 21" sizes. You need 245/40R21 in the front.
Consider a 2nd set of wheels in 19" or 20" during winter.

Size isn't the only thing you have to look at, you have to make sure the tires have the proper load index. You can look at the factory installed tires on your car to see that. On my X3 the load index is 106.

There are no all-season tires that will fit the BMW 21" wheels and work for the X3.

1) mixing tire models front to rear is not recommended

2) the front to rear sizes are off. 245/45/21 F and 275/35/21 rear are not the same diameter and you will likely damage the transfer case over time as its going to have to slip to absorb the difference.

Seen these Goodyear eagle f1 all season tyres, size is 245/45 R21.
Will these fit?
