Newbie to E83 - Need Mechanical Advice

Just picked up high mileage, well maintained e83 m54 3.0 x3 for daughter (other daughter has e46 m54 330i). Just did the starter, broke a few CCV hoses while taking off intake and will put together once CCV part kit comes in. Just noticed lean condition prior to doing starter and the intake boot was torn.....not sure if that was the cause of lean condition but changing that out.

Need input on following noise. Not a vibration or clunk.

Any speed from 1 mph up get a rythmic noise similar to bad wheel bearing. Located right under the center consol. If I am moving and put car in neutral (automatic) the sound doesn't change. Go around corners sound remains same. I have a feeling I know what it is....but wouldn't mind some input prior to getting under the car once I get it all back together with new CCV and associated parts!!

Completely agree with above. Mine had a clunking when turning at low speed. Changed the differential fluid and it was gone.
