Lowering Springs & Spacers for m40i

Looking for a set of lowering springs, what do you guys suggest?

Also, spacers, what works well with the 20's? Was thinking 10mm front/15mm rear?

Two reports from M40i owners who installed H&R:
-"I am happy". I believe he lives out west in the US - good roads?
-"I am unhappy - bad comfort". NY area - bad roads?

I have H&R on 35i - OK comfort but slightly worse than STD.

I went 12.5mm spacers up front and 17.5mm in back. I may change my fronts out out for 15mm. I have no issues and like the look over stock. I went with Turner Motorsport spacers.
