Here is a run from this afternoon. Stage 5 on 93 pump gas. DA was 3937 ft. If that DA would come down a tad more, upper 3's is very much in the picture.

Stock intake/airbox back on.

You say "Stage 5" but this is a Mission Tuning thread, and they only offer Stage 1 and Stage 2. So what exactly are you running?

Ha, we tuners are all the same, we just try different paths. I think I'm the fastest right now but who ever puts meth on, will win by far. This car begs for it.

Actually I thought you ran a 12.48 @ 107 no? You should post some street kills at least if you aren't heading to the track!

I think you are in 2nd to the guy above at least from 1/4 miles no? 0-60 times are cool and all but don't tell the whole story in my opinion (regardless almost sub 4.0 sec for an SUV is seriously MOVING). For reference an F80 does 0-60 in about 4.0 sec...past 60mph it isn't going to be much of a race though.

It would be a fair race up to about 1/4 mile wouldn't it. I bet we can get in the 12.20 range in this little SUV.

0-60 is about all you run "on the street" before it's time to shut it down so I think it is a very important variable.

I always tell myself that too...my warning ding comes on just before 100 though

Heck I'm hoping this little guy can crack 11's...I bet that will open some eyes for sure (and hurt some feelings)!

I think once the torque limitations are figured out and adjusted it will be 11's with tune, downpipe, filter and some good air no problem. I am experiencing torque reductions (I can feel it) after the shifts, can't wait for the TCU TUNE!

New Personal Best -

Same set up as last time (tune only w/96 octane) DA was about 0+/- but that MPH is FLYING

And yes the time slip printer broke... thanks for the legit slip Atco

I don't think it will go faster until I either get a downpipe or TCU tune...

I don't know a ton about this dyno stuff, but when Dinan did theirs, it listed the hp as 440 and torque as 445 at the crank. So wheel torque looks like a solid addition with the MP tune and DP, but wheel hp doesn't look to accurate or am I missing something?

I'm guessing that each tune is different based on the tuner, engine, goals, etc.

Mine is a monster off the line and even on the top.

The reason for the HP curve decrease is because boost is reduced as a safety measure after 5200 rpm.

I have another tune file where it pulls timing more after 5200 in order to make more HP at the top. I need to run that one on the dyno.

Gotcha. But the Dinan results were pre-Dinan tune...445/440 was at the crank before the tune. So your torque gains are super impressive at the wheel, I'm just not seeing there's much gain in hp at the wheels...maybe a bad dyno?

Dinan got 475 HP, 482 lb-ft of torque (Crank); 378 HP, 395 lb-ft of torque (Wheel) after the tune. So your torque is way better. And pre-tune it was 445hp/440 torque at the crank.

Mine is a MP Stage 2 tune. I flashed it myself. I've also got a ER Catted Ceramic coated DP with the stock air box and K&N drop-in. Went to
https://www.bytetronik.com/ to get the dyno runs.

I'm wondering what they dynoed on? DynoJet?

I mean, we are also comparing a glorified piggyback to an ECU tune.
