Questions from new '18 X3 owner

Hood Insulation:

Noticed the car does not have an insulation blanket attached to the underside of the hood. It appears is was engineered to have one and it also appears none was ever fitted. Were these blankets part of the OEM build?
If no, can they be added and where are they available?

Wireless charger:

The car has Apple Car Play but no wireless charger. What aftermarket wireless chargers do you recommend?

Appreciate your help.
