My document processing charge was $85 in Southern California. I don't see a bank fee or supplemental title tax on my paperwork.

Bank fee is correct, this is the "lease fee" which includes GAP insurance (so don't let them sell you separate GAP insurance at your signing)

Supplemental title tax is actually NJ "Luxury tax" which is .4%. My NJ dealership had the same wording on their quotes. I told them they should fix this and actually name the fee for what it is, NJ state luxury tax.

Doc fee is very high, even for NJ (my dealership was $454). Sadly, this is where dealers are trying to make up for lower profit on the sales price. Anything over about $150 is pure profit to the dealership. I would demand at least an extra $300 discount on the purchase price to make up for this.

X3m non comp with exec pack
75,xxx msrp

779 plus tax and fees
$5000 drive off includes down payment acq and 3245 down payment

So when it's all said in done a lousy deal

These are the deals you could get with a comp if not better last month.

We need the rates and rebates not the advertised bogus lease deals. Are these expected today or later in week?

I don't think deals will get worse, but I locked in my numbers for March with 9.5% msrp and $5250 incentive discount. Worked out to 12k off msrp

Just got an updated quote....

2020 X3M Comp - Donnington Gray Exterior/Sakhir Interior
Lease for 3 years at 10k miles/year

MSRP : $84,045
Sale Price : $68, 690
Residual : 57% or $47,905.65
Money Factor .00142 (not going with MSDs, want to keep as much cash on hand given the covid circumstances)

Monthly payment : $814

Seems like a pretty good deal I've worked out. Shall I just pull the trigger peeps?

Did you lock in your rate for a vehicle that is on the ground (dealer)? Or is it a new build order?

Model year 2021 will have different incentives and we don't know those yet. We might find out about any 2021 incentives on April 6th when new numbers come out. Likely 2021 incentives will be much less so not sure how they can lock in current numbers for you. You might get bait and switched here. 9.5% off a new build is good though in my opinion.
