Coils and plugs

What are the preferred coils for N55. Bosch or Delphi or others?
Also I'm considering changing from the stock plugs to Iridium or something. I have a stage 2 MHD tune and upgraded intercooler + down pipe. Perhaps a colder plug as well.

OEM Delphi are fine even for stage 2+
