Wheel cleaner for 892 21" wheels

The 892s are stunning but a pretty huge pain the ass to clean. I took my X3MC in for break-in service and asked them to wash the wheels, and they came back looking brand new. SA said they use a wheel cleaning spray but didn't know what.

Do y'all recommend one?

From my personal experience, the following is my ranking (#1 being the best)...

1. Sonax "The Beast" Wheel Cleaner
2. Nanolex Wheel Cleaner and Iron Remover
3. Sonax Wheel Cleaner Plus
4. Adam's Wheel Cleaner

My wheels and calipers are ceramic coated, so I use this product:

Adam's Eco Wheel Cleaner

I also use this brush to clean the wheel wells so I don't have to take off the wheels.

TAKAVU Master Wheel Brush

With the amount of break dust the OEM pads generate on a daily basis & the speed in which that dark film accumulates... the best cleaner in the world won't help slow that down one bit. The trick is to simply have a layer or two of a high quality ceramic coating so the dust sits on the surface of this smooth coating & easily washes away!

Since we're on the subject, what are your (in your opinion) best tire cleaners... ? That are gentle on wheel finished but tough on rubber & don't require lots of agitation / scrubbing... ?

Best tire cleaner I've personally used is actually also a wheel cleaner. I'd say its wheel cleaning capabilities pale in comparison to, say, Sonax Plus, it does a fantastic job on my tires.

I use this: https://gyeonquartz.com/product/iron/

As others have noted, cleaning wheels is easier if they are coated with a wheel-specific ceramic coating. Mine are coated with: https://gyeonquartz.com/product/rim/
