Automatic Transmision fluid

Hi any body no automatic transmission fluid change intervals and fluid types ?

ZF recommends using their Lifeguard fluid and do drain/fill and new filter/pan assembly about the 100 Km mark.
Best to also change transfer box fluid.

It's the Lifeguard 8 fluid. In the UK you can get a complete oil change kit. This should be correct for your 2014 X3 2.0d but please verify. https://www.amazon.co.uk/ZF-1087-298.../dp/B0764GXW11

I actually think that same kit is used for all the X3 F25 automatics and loads of other BMWs.
