Question Staggered Wheel Setup - Need Help

BACKGROUND: I purchased a 2017 BMW X3 xdrive35i from someone and it came with a staggered setup. I ended up having to replace the transfer case and now about half a year later it feels like I may need to swap it out again. The dealership believes it is because the wheel size is 20" which is not a wheel size option for that model/year.

QUESTION: Could someone provide me with the correct tires to run with the wheels/rims I currently have. I have attached the wheel/rim brand & specs. I use these rims for summer driving, so summer or all season tires would be ideal. Dealer said rear tires need to be replaced as they are 3/32 tread remaining which is on the threshold of causing TC damage...I would like to do all 4 tires at the same time.

OEM SPECS:
OE Wheels: 8Jx18 ET43 / Bolt Pattern: 5x120 / CB: 72.6
OE Tires: 245/50R18

CURRENT STAGGERED WHEELS & TIRE SPECS:
Front Wheels: 9.5Jx20 ET30 / Bolt Pattern: 5x120 / CB: 74.1
Front Tires: 245/45R20
Rear Wheels: 10.5Jx20 ET35 / Bolt Pattern: 5x120 / CB: 66.6
Rear Tires: 275/40R20

CURRENT WHEEL INFO (WANT TO KEEP):
Brand: Superspeed Flowform RF07

Thank you!!

2001 BMW M3  [10.00]
My 2016 M sport came stock from the factory with staggered 20" wheels so... I think those are 8.5 from and 10 rear.

My advice would be to run stock wheels on xdrive BMW's.

I just had assumed that as long as the driving circumference from front to back wheels was under 1%, then it shouldn't affect the TC. It's too bad the TC tolerances are so small, as the factory rims make the car look a little "soccer mom-ish." I am getting a 2025 M3 Comp xdrive and the stock rims I chose are the forged & black 826M's, so I feel like those will be fine. I'll most likely just throw the M-Sport stock rims (non-staggered) back on the X3 and just run it for the winter. Still figured it was worth a shot for finding a tire size that would work on those rims for the next handful of months while I wait for the allocation and build of the M3.
