Looking to lease a 2021 X3 3.0 w M sport package. This is for the wife. I own a 18 M3.
12k / 36 months. Taxes rolled in. 690$ a month? Seems crazy for a 52k vehicle, no? |

$1,750 lease credit $750 loyalty $500 OL code from a BMW Corp event. NY Tax is 8.875% Base money factor and residual But we paid tax upfront and didn't roll in. If tax were rolled in, payment would be like $500. I think you could potentially get yours at or below $600 with tax rolled in. Try Negotiate and shop around. |

I believe the lease incentive is 1750, correct? I'm guessing a MSRP break of around 7% with that payment and due at signing. You might be able to shed another $40 or so a month. |

I tried to get it down to around 450 ish but the lowest they went was 479 a month and 3200 due at signing for taxes and first payment. Also tried to get the taxes down because 3200 just for Uncle Sam a complete waste. I might wait until December for a better deal but what do you think I can realistically get with 0 down

That’s what I was looking for around 450 a month but they seemed not to budge at all so I will wait until December and hope they offer a deal that isn’t bad I even talked to another place and they wanted 530 a month I hung up noway I was going to drop them $80

I saw dealers had mostly 21 X3s on lots when I was looking around the past few weeks. Plenty of stock to get where you want to be. I would just widen your search net and start sending web offers with the breakdown that you're after. Someone will bite.

Last year they started a holiday sale called "road home" on November 1st. They had ads, announcements, commercials, etc. Obviously this year is not your typical year, but maybe they will do a mid-month change? Or hold the big holiday savings for December only? |

0.9% is on 2020 models only and there aren't many of those left that are well specced. The 2021 X3 M40i is 1.9%. Still better than the UK, but many manufacturers in the US are offering 0% financing now so 1.9% is nothing special.

For my zip code, the APR credit for November actually DROPPED from $2500 to $1000... wondering if placing the order towards end of month would be more beneficial not knowing what next month's APR credit would be? Last edited by autoswing; 11-03-2020 at 07:50 AM.. |

Hi folks! New here.
Looking to buy a 2021 X3 M40i and just reached out to a local dealer to schedule a test drive for later today. The original 'offer' he sent me basically is for MSRP minus $1000 in incentives for finance. I know that discount of MSRP varies on supply and demand and from state to state but am curious if anyone around Western Washington (Seattle/Bellevue) has an idea on what kind of discount of MSRP I should be able to get before incentives kick in? I should add that the car in question just got into the lot 2 days back. So I am guessing that may inflate the price a bit too. I apologize for any obvious/stupid questions. This is my first purchase of a brand new luxury car and I am not very experienced with this. Thanks and glad to be here. |
