service loaner. Tires looked like they were half life left to me. so 18% off MSRP + rebates would be like 48k. The residual is 57%. It losses 1k due to higher mileage . |

So just to give you some background: I am planning on ordering a '20 X3 M40i in about a month to replace my leased '17 340i which is coming off lease. Based on my research, I have seen new X3s going for 10 - 13% of MSRP BEFORE incentives. Given my longstanding relationship with my dealer, I'm looking to wind up at 11% (plus incentives) assuming a quick deal and no hassles. My research has revealed a lot of executive & service loaners going for 15-20% off before incentives, which is seems reasonable. Most are under 5k miles. In your case, I would be concerned about tires and other issue you mentioned. If I was in your shoes, they would have to knock my socks WAY off before taking that deal. Even at 18%, I would be hesitant.

I don't think BMWFS provides for this - it's not something the dealer can negotiate. BMWFS does allow you to 'buy' more miles at a slight discount (~.02/mile) before lease termination. It would be spelled out in your lease contract.

Guys,
I am in market for an X3 X30I OR M40I lease and would like to check if you have any suggestions on dealers willing to provide aggressive discounts (14% +) before rebates. Though i am in SoCal, I am open to any dealer .. Please let me know. Thanks in advance |

I did with them back in 2010 and basically you are pre-paying the mileage upfront and unused was returned. Contracted for 18k miles a year and in the end was under and they returned the difference based off of 15k a year.

interest rate?
Finally picked up my car, a new 2020 X3 M40i! Couldn't be happier with it.
Here's the deal: 68620 MSRP Discount 10.5% Selling price 61415 Less rebates 5250 +tax 5824 +reg etc 709 = 62708 out the door I'm generally happy with the deal I got. My only question/thought is that I ended up financing with BMWFS, 60 mos @ 3.09%. I have excellent credit. This interest rate was competitive with that offered by my bank, USAA, as well as BoA which I've heard is good for auto loans, so I didn't think too much about it. However I have seen others online talking about interest rates under 2%, so now I'm wondering if I could've done significantly better on that. Thoughts? For those of you who financed, what was your credit and what type of rate did you end up getting/from whom? Anyone get a better rate from BMWFS? Not going to lose too much sleep over this - I'm planning to pay the loan down early anyway so even if I gave up a point on it, the cost should be pretty minimal. But I'm curious for future reference. Thanks! |

Looking to lease a 2020 X3 M40i here in Los Angeles. I found a dealer that has the exact build I want ($67,820 MSRP). Getting 10% off MSRP before incentives. I've seen people on here getting far more (e.g., https://x3.xbimmers.com/forums/showp...&postcount=955). Realistically, what kind of discount should I be getting off MSRP before incentives? Is 14% realistic or asking too much? It's a brand new car, not demo. Thanks in advance for any guidance!

After a month of internet pricing/shopping/researching I found a CPO 2018 x3 in Phytonic Blue Metallic w/ Cognac leather + options I wanted priced @ 32,900".
The car is a 2018 xdrive30i w/38k miles that was leased for 1 year 10 months and has the balance of the 4 year / 50,000 bumper to bumper warranty which expires 4/28/22 and an additional year with UNLIMITED MILES of engine, transmission, and powertrain till 04/28/2023 via CPO. It also comes with a second set of OEM 19" rims with winter tires. I got the price down to $32,000 out the door without any other fees and im bringing my own financing through the local credit union at 1.9%. Ive been buying and selling for years but its always good to hear from others if they think this is a good or decent deal or did I get hosed. TLDR

Hey guys. I'd appreciate any advice. I'm learning a lot reading your guys deals.
I'm currently looking at financing a 2020 X3 m40i service loaner from my dealer. I drove this loaner while my f30 was in the shop and fell in love with it. Stats are MSRP $64,870 4K miles Carbon black w/ cognac interior. Premium package Parking plus package HK radio Ambient lighting 20"wheels Told them I wanted 10% off and they came back right away with yea sure. Which puts it at $58,383 With that quick of a response I told them I really didn't want to pay more than $54,000 because that's what I see them for online. They responded $54k plus tax and fees right? Should I be asking for incentives on top of this? $54k is already almost 17% off msrp. I don't mind asking for more. This is just a want not a need but I don't want to give myself a bad name at this dealer. This would be my second car them. |

For those of you in SoCal looking for a BMW, looks like my dealer is blowing some serious deals in the next two days to improve march #s, let me know if you're interested and I will forward my SA's info. ( For reference, my m40i deal is 13% off MSRP before incentives and that was 3 weeks ago, I am sure you could go deeper now)
