I just bought a 17 x3 28ix. I have no idea what has been done on it. The tires are trash so I'm replacing the along with an afternoon fiter. Supposedly the oil was done but I'm going to change it again after 3-5k so I know what's it. What else needs to be done, or in the future?
I'm coming from an e46. When I bought it I did vanos seals, tranny, diff, brakes, diff, water pump, and head gasket.

How many miles?

Oil, filter, air filter and possibly spark plugs.

And drive the car.

Like OnerDriver said....we need more info.

You should be able to go to a local BMW dealer and they can see if your vehicle was ever serviced in the BMW network.

It has 33500. Computer says oil service in 6k miles. I changed the filter to an AFE. Thanks for the welcome.
