Screen upgrade to 8.8 OEM

Hi - I am in the process of upgrading the original screen in my 2012 X3 to the 8.8. When the new screen is connected it reproduces the image 4 times - see image - can this be resolved by recoding?

Like to know this as well. Need to upgrade from the 6.5 to 8.8 and then add a Mr12Volt.

IRC, there's a way to change the resolution through eSYS.

I think it should be possible through coding but ive never tried it and may be different depending on original spec of the HU in car, basically its a resolution setting for the larger screen and there is some info on thread below and you have nothing to loose trying it i guess now you have the screen.
