MW X3 3.5 2011 - Not able to start the motor - (turn but not start)

All was good, I stop at the gaz pump to buy gaz, and when i try to
start the car, I was not able to start it normaly.

The starter is ok, and the battery is ok , when I push the igniton button
the motor turn and it never start normaly. It's like there is no fuel at all.
The gaz tank was Full.

So I call the towing to a private garage.

They confirmed, the battery is ok, the starter is doing is job and
Gaz is coming into the motor ok , and there is spark on the sparkplugs.

After a hours of checkup they didn't found the issue.

Does anyone have any suggestion ?

If you have gas and spark, engine should run. Or at least start.

I was going to suggest crank position sensor before reading engine had gas coming in...

Time for a new shop.

Need more information in detail to help you. Most likely your issue is LPFP and HPFP related. You need to take it to a shop that has proper software to pull coding. I know you stated the shop confirmed fuel coming into the motor. I'm assuming they did this by pulling spark plugs and they found them wet. If that is the case then you are having a firing issue with your ignition system i.e. your coil packs are not igniting the spark plugs. If this is the case you would smell excessive fuel when cranking the engine , because you would be flooding the engine with fuel and no ignition. If however you aren't smelling fuel your HPFP just failed.
There are rare cases that if you don't change your battery when it isn't meeting performance parameters and it gets low enough when you go to start the vehicle the dme can't recognize the key fob coding therefore it won't provide ignition or fuel to the engine but it will still crank over. You will need to recode the dme to the keyfob. Not changing batteries will cause a number of issues on 2007+ BMW's.
