Carbon Black or Toronto Red?

Which would you guys choose for an X3Mc? Vastly different obviously, but I've narrowed it down to these two as my favorites on the car.

I love the Toronto red but even the smallest rock ship is very noticeable.

Carbon black is basically a dark blue. If I wanted a blue I would choose a different shade of blue. So therefore it's TR, mainly because I want an M4 in the same color

This. I have a TR X4MC and the smallest rock chip really stands out. I leased it so no PPF but I would look into that if you buy one. Also, maybe it is other peoples eyes, but they say it is orange. I don't see that but quite a few people have come up to me and said "Love the Orange!" I was like what are you talking about. Ha.

While I love TR, to me it's not befitting an SUV like the X3M. Carbon Black on the other hand must be seen in person to really appreciate it. There is just so much nuance to it. Really crazy.

On a sedan? Toronto red without hesitation.

On an SUV? Carbon black all the way.

Just picked up my TR X4MC and this color is LOUD. Even at night.

TR for sure - I agree loud even at night

The colour looks different is every lighting condition and stands out. It for sure has an orange hue to it. When I park it next to my wife's car which is chili red. Yes TR looks orange.

Black is black, meh boring AF

Toronto Red for me, but if you do not like loud colors, the Carbon black is the safer option, obviously and it still looks good

Toronto Red was my #2 choice after Donington but sometimes I regret not going red.

Went from a 2020 CB X3M to a 2020 TRM X4MC, easy decision for me.
I love black, but just too hard for me to keep as clean as I wanted.

Good luck, IMHO you can't go wrong with either color.

I would go for whatever suits your personality more. Don't worry about maintenance and keeping it clean, etc. I think one's vehicle should be an extension of himself; his demeanor. Both beautiful colors though, objectively.

I was choosing between graphite and red. I chose graphite because I'm a dad now

.... Not sure i recommend it though. If you are a red car type, get the red. I have owned many read sports vehicles and never regretted it. They always look good, especially the BMW red variants.
