Still expensive but cheapest I've found any branded tyres for a staggered set up.
They only getting delivered on 21st July but we away then so will have them fitted on return.
They fill with nitrogen gas too. Not exactly sure what the benefit is? They said tyre temperatures 🤷🏻
Hi, my first post and thanks for all the help on here.
I am in the same situation.
Have X3 M Sport X Line with 19's on Run flats.
275/40/19 and 245/45/19
I was wanting to get All Weather tyres, however there does not seem to be any on Run Flats. Struggling to find any of the 275/40/19 at all!
I know I don't have to have run flats but do I have to have the same set up of 275/40/19 and 245/45/19 or can I do something else?
I have not checked the Tyretrac yet.
Thanks again

It's not a super popular size combo, and limiting to run flats makes it smaller. Here's what I see as options available based (per tirerack.com) on your requirements:

Grand Touring All-Season
1) Michelin Primacy MXM4 ZP (actually a Mercedes spec'd tire, but that's not a problem)
2) Continental Procontact GX SSR (Also a Mercedes spec'd tire)
3) Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Run Flat (Also Merc spec)

The rest of the tires are snow, or summer tires. Tirerack doesn't offer every brand, so there might be others out there, but that's probably a good list of what's available.

You could play with the sizing of the tires some, but you want to make sure the overall diameter matches, because the X-Drive doesn't like tires with different diameters. 275/40-19 and 245/45-19 are basically perfect matches.

The 622M wheels came in either square (8.5 all around) or staggered (8.5 and 9.5), so you could try to pick up a set of 8.5 inch wheels and run a square setup (all 245/45-19). That would open up a couple more options, but not a lot:

Bridgestone Driveguard
Goodyear Eagle LS-2 Runonflat (the OE tire, and it's pretty expensive and bad)
Bridgestone Turanza EL450 RFT

Many thanks for your help. I think I might go down the route of non run flats and keep some tyre weld and a compressor in the boot! Have had a C Class for the last 2 years and that's all I did with it! Thanks again

As above, you don't have alot of choice in the staggered sizes when it comes to all seasons, especially if you want run flats. I would ditch run flats personally as I absolutely hate them. You can get Michelin Cross Climate 2's in the 245 45 19 size but not the 275 40 19. One tyre that seems to be available in both sizes is the Continental Allseason Contact. That's likely what I would go with....

Hi, thanks for your help.
Yes the Conti all season contact seem to be available in both sizes and possibly the Bridgstone Weather controls on the BlackCircle UK site non run flats.
I'v had the car now a couple of weeks and the 19 run flats seem very jerky on the steering and not the most comfortable. Do most people find this?
Its the first SUV I have had and may be just not used to that!
Enjoying the car and extra height in general though.
Think I'll go with Non Run Flats and see what that does for the ride comfort.
Thanks again.
