I have nothing to say to the person who uses RaceChip, they will get, they will pay for it sooner or later.

I’m writing for a reason, but I’ve got everything from my own experience, through trial and error, at the moment I have 7 cars in my garage (5 of them are BMWs), all cars have ST3 and up level of improvements

If you don't know what u do - just keep a stock car and avoid all boxes.

Best solution for x3/x4m - put decat dowpipes or spor cats, without DPF ( i am not sure, if it's exist in USA, but in Europe all new BMW have it) and CUSTOM REMAP on DYNO.

Intakes in all M models are already very very good, you will get 0 profit from it.

p.s. Have a expensive ARMA carbon intake on my m3 f80 and i compare with stock intake with pipecross filter and result is 0
But if you will keep stock paper filter - big difference on stage 3 map

That's not true. Dynod with and without intakes on my f80 and I can tell you now it's a difference, a pretty good one.

Yea, it's called more boost. That's the "big difference" with stage 3 tunes vs stage 1 LOL where do you come up with this.

U don't understand me. I said, if u change a FILTER in stock exhaust, will be no difference between any after market intake! Ofc with stock filter insaid it's not breathe so well!

I have a friend that went Dinan on his 3 series to avoid any problems because "warranty"; engine blew up, Dinan said no warranty because it was a factory problem, BMWUSA said nope it's a Dinan problem, Dinan said they'd honor it if BMWUSA sent a letter saying it was Dinan, BMWUSA said so the guy paid for a new engine after 6 months of finger pointing.

For me, the extra HPs just aren't worth the stress and headaches from the problem, even if it's low probability ... it's not even about the money, but it's that too.

Sounds about right since Dinan himself not in Dinan the company.

Update.

RKP X3M lip will be ready for the carbon shop in next week. We will be building this lip in MI, USA. I also just got the 3D printed prototype diffuser in and we will be moving onto that after the front lip.

Eisenmann finished the exhaust design and will have systems ready in 2-3 weeks. They made an optional center pipe so if anybody is leasing the car you can run a 100% bolt-on setup.

Eventuri filters samples are ready and they will be working on the plenum next.

Future Classic 5x112 spacers are available for sale now. I recommend running a 12mm front and rear.

I thought I read somewhere before you put 12mm and 15mm in the rear? Was the rear rubbing?

No rubbing with 15/15 or 12/15 but personal preference is 12/12mm. Clean and classy.
