Carrier delay?

My X3 was realeased to the carrier March 3rd

. It was scheduled to be at my dealer on the 7th. Whe I called the Genius. They said that there is a delay and can give no further info. I contacted my SA. Hey said he doesn’t know either.

How is it that no one knows where my vehicle is ? Has anyone here have experience with this ? Please advise. This is very frustrating. I’m thinking with my luck that the carrier got into an accident and wreck my car

One last quality control check probably noticed your badges were located wrong:

I kid...I know it can be frustrating, but it will get here soon. If you search, there have been plenty of Threads here about delays, but that was pretty much early on. I'm sure it's fine

My car was build on December 4. It took over 3 weeks to start moving.

march or april?

If its March that's a long time.... If its April, it is in transit. My SA said that the trucks from SC usually stop at the port drop them off (in our case port of Baltimore, for you in NY/NJ/LI area most likely Elizabeth - then put on a truck direct to your dealer, adds a day or 2.

Yes April 3rd sorry. It does blow my mind that there is no communication between the Genius, Carrier , or Dealer
