In those videos are you pretty much always in Sport/Sport Plus mode?

Do you still get the snaps/pops even if in Comfort mode with the delete?

Yeah sport plus with dsc off in the videos.

In comfort it's definitely more tame and actually pretty quiet. I don't get any pops under normal driving conditions. But that's just from the 15 minutes total spent driving in comfort.

I wanna say it's anywhere between 15-20 lbs.. but I'm really bad at guessing things weight.

On a trip to Hawaii my girlfriend asked me to guess how heavy our big luggage was and I thought it was maybe 45lbs (50lb was the limit before paying an excess weight fee). We got to the airport and it was 65lbs lol.. so following that math maybe it's closer to 30.

I'm sure any muffler shop will do it for you. Unfortunately I don't remember the brand of tips. I'm sure you can find an equal with the measurements. The inlet diameter is 2.5" the individual dual tips are 3.5" and I believe the length end to end is 9"

So, for lease return, you'll weld the stock muffler back into place? No concerns on the dealer looking at that in detail?

Mine is a lease too and I would love to do this...

Well I did it on my last lease (F30 335i) and did regular maintenance service with no issues. Lease return was just a quick walk around the car and done.

Do you think it will be possible to do the muffler delete while keeping the stock exhaust tips? I really want to keep the stock look but want to get rid the of the muffler!

There's drone but like said if you haven't coded ASD off on your stock setup it's pretty much identical imo. I do have a video in cabin that's pretty funny given the commentary by my brothers. I'll have to upload that soon... oh but that's with all windows down lol.
