X3 p0171 p0174 vacuum leak help

Hello all, this is my first post. I have a BWM x3 2005 3.0L with about 180k miles. Writing in because i've been battling these p0171 p0174 codes on my car. I've replaced a lot of parts so far in perusing this:
*new valve cover gasket
*spark plugs
*coils
*cleaned the MAF
*New air filter
*New throttle body boot
*New ccv
*new disa

This certainly fixed my misfire, its running much better but still the p0171 code comes on every couple of days, sometimes paired with a p0174

Some observations: that little MAF sensor is black even after cleaning it, shouldn't it be amber colored? Could it be the 02 sensors? The baffle on the exhaust rattles is that related? My fuel economy used to average around 18mpg, now its around 17mpg. Open to any suggestions on what to try next, this is an otherwise awesome reliable car. thanks!

Those are EGR Valve codes. Your EGR Valve is most likely all gummed up, causing insufficient flow, and needs to be cleaned or replaced.
