Seeing a lot of these, I'm tempted to sell and maybe re-enter when the LCI comes out in September.

Currently in a loaded '21 X4MC. MSRP was around $86k, payoff on lease is $75k. Might fill out some of these online and see what I can get. Vroom came back at $72k, but I have a feeling its being quoted being a regular X4M.

Carmax was the best offer I got a few thousands higher than what the others are offering.

My driveway quite just dropped 4k from when I did it around a month ago. Maybe the used market is coming back to earth?

Do you think it's possibly due to our group all asking for appraisals in a short time period? A large BMW dealership by me offered $69k with "some room" rather quickly…my car has 7k miles.

100%. It's all automated and they *must* be taking demand into consideration when generating a quote.

I have a Driveway offer from almost two weeks ago that is $63.5 for my 2020, fully loaded non-comp with about 11k miles. They were booked up until this Friday, but I'm going to unload now since I only paid about $66 new.

100%. It's all automated and they *must* be taking demand into consideration when generating a quote.

Plus you can't even select comp on vroom.. Idk man, my sales manager said wait til Christmas we will take it off your hands.. lol

Hey guys, I just received an offer of 72k from AutoNation on my 21 X3MC with 500 miles. This is by far the best offer that I've received thus far, but I haven't checked Carmax yet, as they want it in for an appraisal. Should I just accept the AutoNation offer or give Carmax a shot?

Different vehicle, but autonation was also the highest I received on a 2 year old rs3 with 16000 miles. They gave me 54k which is just about what I paid for the car when I bought it.

FWIW, Carmax has always been about 10-15% lower on their offers than Carvana, Vroom, etc. for me

Definitely skewed it a bit. What's interesting is Carmax offers are trending up, and they tend to focus mainly on auction data to determine their offers.

I accepted an offer from Vroom on Friday of 72k for my 21 X3Mc, so maybe I broke it 😂. Only 580 miles at present time though.
