Bluetooth Issue
Hi Guys
I've searched the forums but can't find the same issue anywhere. The wife recently purchased an 2009 X3, the steering wheel and the radio have all the Bluetooth buttons available but there is no option to pair a phone. I've looked in the boot and there is no Bluetooth module only the dvd navigation. My question is, is there a way to purchase a Bluetooth module and the mounting bracket with a view to connecting it up? If so where do I connect it? There are no additional cables in the boot only the ones connected to the navigation system. Do I need to add additional wires? Or is there a connector I can purchase? All help is greatly appreciated. |

Hi ,
first of all have a good look Inside the left side of the trunk (where is the DVD ) normally the bluettoth module is all the way down (like the picture ). if you cant find the Bluetooth module then look for any hidden connector near the area (normally a 4cm violet connector ) . if you havn't find anything i suggest that you use an aftermarket blutooth like Parrot , coz it's very hard to retrofit the original one . https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&rct=...41881077483221 |
