Connected drive keeps logging out

Third time, and it's definitely not a charm. Every couple of weeks I get in the car and it's asking me to enter username and password again to connect to ConnectedDrive. It's pissing me off now, anyone encountered this and have a solution?

Yep, mine did it yesterday. Today the MyBMW app failed to send navigation commands to the car.

I've had this today as well. Failed to send navigation from app to car and said it was a service I was not subscribed to (linked me to the shop, where it showed, correctly, I was fully subscribed as the car is only a Month old!)

Got in the car and it said I needed to log in.

Had this happen intermittently over the past couple of weeks. Presumed it was related to the issue I am having with the "Emergency Call System Malfunction" error, but perhaps not now that I see your collective reports of this msg?

Interesting....

Me too. It has happened a few times lately. My fix is to stop the car, leave ignition "on," then a one-minute press of volume button to reboot iDrive. Old directions from the app shows up, traffic info comes back etc. etc.
This works on my '22 F98 (LCI X4 MC with iDrive 7)

Ohhhhh don't say that :-/. Audi (my gf has an A3 that suffered from this) had a horrendous issue with the ECM fucking with the rest of the car and resetting nav and other systems to default (losing history etc..). I hope it's not the same :-)

You know what they blamed it on? 5g rollout. As I say that we just had a 5g transmitter installed near hear. I hope to God it's not that thing :-) [BTW i am *not* a 5g conspiracy pusher!!]
