The problem is BMW power management, as I want parking mode. It detects the camera as a parasitic drain and generates errors/disables car functions.

I have a 4K Nextbase 622GW in another car, which is very good image quality day and night, but parking mode is triggered by a G sensor and it doesn't buffer, so the only image is after it wakes up, about 6 seconds, by which time it's all over LOL. I think some of the other cameras also work like this, so a non-starter for me.

The BMW ACE 3.0 appears to be a good compromise of image quality and function. It's just not that discrete, and I'm concerned about fitting.
