Hi guys,

As a change to all of the stunning m models we're seeing all over the forum in have a bit of an unusual question.

I'm looking to get a 2019 x3 but budget only allows the standard trim. Off course i'd like to get an idea on what it looks like and showrooms, internet and specialized forums only show either xline, m or other more elaborate versions making it hard to judge.


I'm in the Netherlands so I'm looking for a european version - the us standard trim is different from the one we're getting here.

Did you take a look in the brochure? Online configurator? Picture Is from the brochure. Maybe some dealer have a base model in the lot, and maybe they will be kind enough to show it to you.

Nothing wrong with the SE, if it comes with 18’s and vernasca leather as standard like they do here in UK! Only must have optional extra is pro nav, or you get a very silly looking little idrive screen.

I saw a SE X3 in the street today and i was looking at it thinking it looked very good and i would be very happy with it. The most important options for me to be added to an SE would be the professional sat nav, LED lights and the reversing camera. If then there is some budget left i would highly recommend the adaptive cruise control, it is really great when you get used to it. Leather sport seats also lifts the interior alot.
Whatever you opt for, it will be a great car

teaston : here SE's come with fabric seats and 18" rims but not the ones on the lloys link you sent

titomi i did check out the brochure ( doesnt show the standard rims) and the configurator . The latter only shows pieces and i want to see some real pictures

are you sure about the rims? I've got the xLine and rims from the brochure are the standard ones.

I have got a highly optioned X3 but with standard trim, called "Advantage" here.
Rims are stock 18, and the top line LED head lights.

The rims on these pics though are some after market 18s with Nokian Hakka 9 winter tires.

I am very happy with the exterior looks, of the Sophisto Gray plus black. No need for xline just for the other bits of plastic.

Not very clear on the pictures : are the borders on the windows in chrome or black?

They are black.

I can certainly get more pics, but not right now.. and he's dirty, again.
