I have a 2016 x3 xDrive 28i with 35,700 miles. I'm paying $499.16/mo Breakdown of that payment is: Base Monthly payment $482.48 Sales/Use Tax: $16.68 It is a 15,000/year lease which started at around 4,500 miles because it was an executive demo, so you have more than plenty leftover miles to use.
