2021 X3M comp good lease deal ?

Hey I was wondering what’s a good deal for a 2021 X3M Comp and executive package . MSRP is $83,100. I had it ordered and its in production right now but I feel like the deal I was proposed wasn’t all that good . $1098 a month and 3k down . Salesman said we will run the #s again once the car arrives. Located in NY

What discount did you get? Seems like you got maybe 6-7% off? If so its okish, not the highest deal I've seen but its ok. Deals on 2021s are much harder currently. Personally I've seen as high as 11% on 2021. But its more common to see 6 or so. There are also very little in the way of rebates right now. Hopefully that changes on Oct 1st.

Different market (Chicago), but I was offered $1030 for an $84K car (basically all options) with nothing down, and taxes rolled in.
