This is just the mount. There are a variety of different adapters, either universal or device specific and either powered or non-powered, which attach to the mount via those screw holes. The screws come with the adapter.

I had a Scosche magnetic wireless charger attached to the mount. I stuck two low profile magnets to the back of my phone, so when I got in the car I just touched it to the charger and it was securely fixed in place and began charging. It was the most elegant setup I've seen so far, albeit pricey.

The Scosche charger and it's adapter plate for this mount are available as well if anyone is interested. I just haven't had a time to take pics and write up a post.
