That seems high to me, unless I am missing something that exact build using the BMW configurator has an MSRP of $63,500.
I'd offer them no more than $60K for that build or walk away.

I didn't lease, but I had a similar MSRP X5 m40i, and I agree, I would offer about 60. That seems outrageous for a lease with money down.
Lets just do the math here quick. 66195-39055(what it would cost to buy the car at the end of the lease)=27140 So essentially over the life of the lease you are paying off the depreciation/usage of $27140 Let's now subtract the lowest downpayment, and we will work with the lowest mileage lease. 27140-3000 24140 = What you will pay over 36 lease payments. 24140/36 = 670.55 920-670 = 250 $250 a month in what? I may just not understand leasing, but what is with the huge discrepancy. |

Yeah i am not getting this deal? I thought the point was to get low payments without having too much down.
I got a pretty crappy deal on a lease, and ended up just bringing down the MSRP and purchasing the damn car. Sure does look nice though. Go back and ask for more off.

he's in Texas where the tax for the entire purchase price of the vehicle is added to the lease payments; unlike all other states that make you pay sales tax on only the monthly payments. Lease in Texas is expensive compared to other states.
Agree with other comments that it's missing a lot of variables.
