Maybe these new crossover performance models will spell the death of many a sports car since these are essentially "all-in-one" vehicles.

I'm not a fan of these at all but I understand the appeal to the American market. Americans just don't care for estates/tourings (wagons).

If there aren't any M Performance parts available for the E30 M3, it's not a real M.

Lol, Texas doesn’t have an unusually high proportion of manual laborers compared to other states. That isn’t why they drive big cars. Texan’s love of big vehicles is purely cultural (and silly). I hate seeing all the needlessly big trucks in this state. For 99% of Texas truck owners the utility of a big truck is not exploited on a recurring basis.
Haha yeah I really meant the south (country states) have big trucks since there is more room to accommodate larger vehicles.

Idk about 99% lol but I agree it's cultural.

On past XMs I feel the body panel changes have been a bit limited.

Is it just me or does anyone else want more flared wheel arches rather than a bit of plastic trim on the out wheel arch that extends jt to meet some legal needs.

I'm sure these will be great cars, I'm a big fan of the X but could we get some more aggressive styling please BMW?

That's NOT true Americans specially this New Yorker grew up with 70s Volkswagens Wagons and 80s Volvo Wagons. They kicked ass! Unfortunately they don't make SEXY High-Performance Wagons anymore. Audi does but that's about it.

The "All-In-One" Hybrid Concept makes total senes! Especially if you only CAN afford and just want to own ONE vehicle.

If BMW made an M3 Sportswagon with M xDrive, or exactly what I want and M4 with M xDrive. But neither of those have happened yet to my chagrin.

Now that I'm not on my phone and on the computer now I'm able to get some better clarity.

The Rear Tire Size has been sanded off.

That's exactly why when the guard changed, we started to see those wagons as lame like our parents. We grew up with them and we were never associated anything cool with them. I'm all for the SUV - car choice. Forget the inbetweens.
