Here in the USA when a Harley goes by your house you can listen to him for the next twenty minutes as it finally drones away. Let’s just say as a flower child I am not happy with the direction we’ve taken, so a big hooray for the EU.

you wouldn't hooray for Europe if your car will be delayed due to new regulations about exhaust, emissions, or whatever new regulation they came up in Brussels.
