The door storage bin mesh panels (storage panel option I think) have stretched and sag as does the back of the front seat mesh. Does anyone know how to repair or replace? I can't find any video how to and am wondering if I have to remove the entire door panel or just the bottom part that looks like it could be a snap on to the main door panel. I don't seem to get any movement in just the bottom panel that appears to be an add on panel and I don't want to break the panel if it doesn't separate from the main panel. Any help?

Zip ties. Put them through 3 holes in the mesh and pull tight like a drawstring.

The door cards are one piece, you can't replace just the bottom.

Another option is to replace the elastic bits with new shock cords. Search Amazon for shock cord in the needed color. I'm not sure of the diameter.

I have repaired alot of the seats on the e90
By remove the rear panel of the seat and actually taking the net all the way off and repositioning the net onto the metal support rod that holds them In place. I am gonna do the door panels on my E83 very soon maybe this weekend and I will take some pics of the process there are some plastic rivets that you need to grind off and then use epoxy or a plastic soldering kit from harbor freight works well this is what I used in the past on seats you just have to make sure younare melting the same type of plastic into the exsistinf plastic or else they won't bond
