PSA: Can now turn off LCI Active sound via Bimmercode
You can now use Bimmercode to turn off ActiveSound for LCI MY22.

Have you downloaded iOS 15.1 yet? Holding out hope some update will fix the issue. Incredibly frustrating.

Apparently you need an apple certified MFI adapter (of which it seems only Belkin make one) but I'm reluctant to buy another Ethernet adapter for it to still not work.

Can you share a link to the adapter you're using? I'd rather not pay £80 for the Belkin one from the Apple Store!

I got it last year in November, can't even find the product on amazon anymore. It's been used on many iOS versions in the last year. Nothing special, 3 in 1 adapter. Sub $20 Canadian. |

Bimmercode didn't work for me. What are you doing that I'm not? My bimmercode app shows that it's off but it's not.

pull fuse 203, that will keep flaps open permanently, then just make sure to hit the active sound button so its not lit up. Thats all we have for now till I can figure out a permanent solution. |

Can you forward what they have you or said? I contacted them and they just said "use the app menus," which is exactly the thing that doesn't work....

Just tried BimmerCode for the first time yesterday and deactivated ASD. Not sure it's working or not, cannot tell at all.
A little off topic, but are you guys with 22 models was able to code the ambient lighting? Last edited by ///minh; 12-07-2021 at 03:32 PM.. |
