I just ordered the parts OEM from BMW for my wife's X3m40i 2019, hard to find a clean used diffuser from my experience of the last 6 months.

Just buy new, these are parts that don't stay extra clean because of where they are situated and the risk or damage during removal and packaging/shipping.
