I'm looking to purchase a 21 X3M Comp, MSRP is 84,395 and they're giving me around 7% off bringing it to 78,294. Good deal or have people been getting better deals?

Is that discount on top of $2k worth of incentives? Do you know the money factor that they are using for u?

What deals are folk in the UK getting on this car? The £599/£599 deal is long gone, so what are the best current deals?

Was this before or after incentives? Assume after, regardless very good deal

This was after all incentives. They wouldn't combine Penfed and loyalty for some reason, otherwise it would have been even better. I'm not complaining though

I just have one quick question for all you LeaseHackr pros. I'm going to possibly be taking ownership of a brand new 2021 X3 M Competition that I recently ordered. Today it finally arrived at the dealership.

Does the selling price include the $2k worth of factory incentives for the lease program... ? I see a separate section below under CAP COST ADJUSTMENTS & there's a portion to enter "taxed incentives" which I'm sure (since I live in CA) I'll enter that $2k figure.

Simply don't want to enter it twice and mess up my overall numbers.

If I remember correctly, the factory incentives should be entered under the taxed incentives as they are 'credit'. You should just put the real selling price (the one on contract) in the calculator to avoid double count.

Hi all - New to the X3 forum but long time member over at 6post. My wife and I are expecting our first so I will unfortunately be retiring the 650 convertible but I am really excited about picking up an X3M Comp, black on black. I am planning on purchasing for cash after trade. Pricing they are giving me before trade on an MSRP $84.4k X3M Comp is $72.4k. This feels like a good deal but I just discovered this thread and figured I would ask the group. I am going to have to have it shipped from out of state because my local dealerships (1) don't have the exact build / color I am looking for and (2) even if they did, they have told me they wouldn't match this price. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Looking forward to joining the ranks!

Check my post right above this response. I am getting quoted about 5k less than you (this includes loyalty) but I am going to have to deal with shipping so that will add 1-2k to the cost.

Came home Monday with a new White/Sakhir X3M Comp. I'm coming from Q50 Red Sport and what a difference. It's fun to drive and beautiful to look at it, suspension def will take some getting used to

MSRP: $82,145
Selling Price: $72,192
Incentives: $1250 lease cash + $750 corp

Paid fees upfront and rolled taxes into monthly payment
$884/month (with NJ tax)

Overall this was the best deal I could find and think it's solid for today's environment. I was trying to hold out for LCI update but my other lease was up and couldn't find anything on SAL to hold me over.

Don't sweat it, almost exact same deal that I got despite a ton of calls/looking/research. Enjoy the car and nice job!
