I totally agree. That piece of work service advisor also confirmed no rock chip or curb would do this... but they still completely denied that they did it
Will see what the dealer says tomorrow but I've had a few rim repair shops look at it and all suggested fully powder coating the wheel for $125 - $200 and that touch up paint would look pretty bad given the depth of the gouges
