X3M wading (fording) depth + towbar?

I am considering a new X3M Competition and have a couple of questions, if anyone can help:

Does the X3M have the same 50cm wading depth as the regular X3?

Can I get an after-market towbar fitted to an X3M, for use with a bike rack?

It is possible that I will find a stock car with a towbar, but knowing that I can fit one afterwards increases my choices.

Cheers

Thanks for the replies. Good to know it’s possible. Anyone know if the X3M can take a regular tow bar (hitch), as this would allow us to switch the bike carrier between cars.

At this point stealth is the only real option. It's a typical draw bar style and you would use it like any regular hitch. The added advantage with the stealth is that you can remove the tow bar receiver when not in use so the rear of the vehicle looks clean.

This vehicle is still relatively new. If you are willing to wait I'm sure you will see companies like drawtite, curt, hidden etc come out with more 'traditional' options that fit this platform.

One of the cool things about stealth hitch is you can have multiple "elbows' that fit into their custom, downward facing verticale receiver Need a standard 2" receiver for your bike rack, they have an elbow for that that locks in securely. Need a 2" ball which attaches with no play, just swap out the elbow and use the fixed 2" ball (or in my case here the 1 7/8". Very solid connection.

This is mine installed. The first pic is with the receiver uninstalled which takes maybe 10 seconds and there is no sign of a hitch.

Living in Houston, TX I'm definitely interested in finding out the Fording/Wading depth. I've searched all over but have yet to come across information specific to the X3M. Anyone know of technical documentation on this that might exist?
