Best summer option for non run flat tires

I noticed there are no summer tire options available in size 245/55R19; only all-season tires are offered.
Since my main goal is to improve the comfort of the ride and rainy day handling, should I choose all-season tires over the available summer run-flat tires in that size (PIRELLI CINTURATO P7 RUN FLAT)? My car is currently equipped with Bridgestone Dueler tires.

What would be your best recommendation for a 19-inch summer-only tire option?"
